Booking requests are generally confirmed by email within 24 business hours. If immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status as soon as possible.
A 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any changes or loss of quoted tee times if the required deposit has not been received.
Payment Methods
* Credit/Debit Card – Online Payment
Payments can be made securely via the 9Pay payment gateway using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB. A secure payment link will be provided by our consultant.
A 2% service fee applies to credit/debit card payments and is charged by the payment provider.
* Bank Transfer
Payments can be made by bank transfer to our Bank Account:

All bank transfer fees are payable by the sender. Please ensure that the full invoiced amount is received in our account.
After making the transfer, please provide us with a copy of the bank receipt via email or SMS.
International transfers may take 2–4 business days to process.
* Paypal
We can send you the paypal invoice through your email address (this is not recommended because the fee is very high approximately 5%)
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days upon arrival: 100% refund of the deposit.
- 8–30 days before arrival: Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the specific itinerary.
- 7 days or less before arrival: No refund.
In exceptional circumstances beyond the client’s control, such as medical emergencies or airport closures, We will work with suppliers to minimize or waive cancellation charges where possible.
Any applicable bank charges are payable by the beneficiary.
